At Balevaria ("we", "our", "us"), customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy is established in accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
Please report defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
